Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, the orders UCAN receives are generally processed within 2-5 working days however in cases where stock is ordered in, processing may be within 7-14 working days.


Delivery confirmed by way of an email outlining the postal/courier tracking number will be emailed to customers on dispatch.


Orders are processed and delivered to our customers via courier. We know you’ll want to know all the nitty gritty about shipping, so go ahead and read all about our Shipping Information.



Be Vigilant about this info..!

UCAN cannot be held liable for incorrect delivery details being given as well as the items being returned as a result of non-collection. In the event that products are returned to UCAN via the courier for either of these reasons, the purchaser will be liable to finalise the delivery/collection.


UCAN reserves the right to change delivery fees without prior notice.

Customer Privacy Policy

UCAN shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted

Once you’ve chosen all the goodies you want, we’ve tried to give you lots of ways to pay. UCAN currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, OZOW (instant EFT), PayJustNow, Zapper, RCS accounts, SCode and Mobicred.


Where applicable, please use your order number as the reference and please email your proof of payment (POP) otherwise your order will be delayed.


Regretfully, we do not accept cold hard cash. That means NO CASH DEPOSIT PAYMENTS.



Credit Card Acquiring and Security

All the credit card transactions we receive are processed by Paygate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for FNB of South Africa. The SSL3 system is used and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website.



Customer Details Separate from Card Details

We know you’re nervous about this and you should be, but all customer details are stored by UCAN separately from card details which are entered. Our site is secure.



Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is ZAR (South African Rand).




UCAN is a responsible bunch so we take full responsibility for all aspects relating to transactions, customer services and support as well as dispute resolution and the delivery of our customers’s goods.



Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and UCAN chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, South Africa.




UCAN may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
